My Niece just started her first year of kindergarten. She graduated in May of 2020, but with all the chaos was unable to find a teaching position until this year. Teachers deserve so much acknowledgment. We need more good teachers!! I love these ideas!
I am a high school teacher-I love the clipboard and pens. My coworkers and I often joke how much we love stationery and back to school supplies so pens are perfect!
Kristin, I’m so happy to see that you do this for your children’s teachers. I worked in education for almost 20 years (principal secretary, a director’s secretary and associate superintendent assistant) and I feel teachers are under paid, sometimes under appreciated and sometimes under rated. These days they have to do so much above and beyond. Any sort of appreciation is well deserved. All of these gifts are not only great for giving but useful. I don’t think parents (or a lot of people) realize how much teachers spent from their own money each year on supplies. Thank you again for doing this.
Thank you so much. I really liked that my girls were there to help pick out items that there teachers use all the time. Scarlet really pays attention to detail. She even knew the exact pen etc. I’m always so happy to do this. I think it also gets my girls excited to start school too😊
@@KristinKay it’s great your girls get involved especially from the get go. It makes them feel part of it and it peeks their interest for the beginning of school. You’re a wonderful mom!
These are such cute ideas! My kids are not in school anymore, but I do have all four of my granddaughters that are starting school Monday. Only issue is they live in Missouri. Maybe next year or Christmas time this can be something that we can do for their teachers. My Mom used to by a ton of Avon when I was a kid, in the 80’s, and we always gave our teachers stuff from her stash.
Wow these were all so beautiful and creative ! The if you give a teacher a cookie pun on if you give a mouse a cookie is so clever ! And the gift basket with the pencils surrounding it was just so creative and pretty, im so impressed!
Kristin your teacher first day of school gifts were so stinking CUTE. You are such a creative DIYER. Keep up the good work. I love all your DIYs. 🙏🏽❤️❤️🙏🏽🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Really cute teacher gift ideas! They’re all super cute but I do like the “If you give a teacher a cookie” w/gift card. (I’ve read those books to my grandson so often, they’re so cute!) 🍎
Good morning Kristen what a great idea love all of them. Gonna do one of them for my grandson so he can give it to his teacher he starts in three weeks. Thank you for sharing have a great day 🐥❤️
These are great ideas! For the “cake,” it might help to put some double sided tape around the big plastic middle so the pencils can stick to that all the way around. Thanks for the ideas and great video! 🌼🍃💛
Instead of using vinyl you could have used cricuts pens and had cricut write the message on the card stock for you. Just an idea option and a it does cut down on cost too
Most of these are really cute, but buying teachers supplies for kids and calling it a teacher gift is not okay. That would be like giving a mom construction paper and legos for Mother's Day. Please don't give teachers things like crayons, pencils, etc. If you want to, send in extras with your kid, but just know (from a long-time teacher) these aren't gifts.
