I feel Cai er is completely right here to be mad. They forced a role on her without asking what she wanted beforehand "For the sake of greater good" was the excuse. It's not just about the trials she had to go through. It's not just about being abandoned. Caier suffers each time she uses that ability. Even when she doesn't, she needs control over her emotions in order to avoid self harm and harming others. Her parents indirectly gave her a curse that she will have to live with for the rest of her life. So what if they feel guilty? What if the world needed her powers? Her parents and grandfather treated her like an object. Caier was completely right to be angry. Ngl, I feel that she forgave them too easily. They don't deserve having her in their lives.
Even her husband accepted him and gave him their family secret skill. So it naturally means that he is perfect for Caier. So why she is still hating him. When she clearly knows how much he means to caier. I know she can't stand it when their own daughter is ignoring them giving so much value to a boy. But this is what they have to pay for what they did with caier. They were not there when caier needed them. She could handled so much pain because of haochen. Instead of understanding her, her parents and sheng yue what did is to judge haochen and tested him and Disliked him. Took him to a dangerous place to see if he is qualified for their daughter. And they were saved because of haoyue badass entry. Be it here or novel. In the novel, Sheng Yue scolded her mother. He told her that just like caier, he is also important to knight temple. But here its not shown. I doubt if she or her husband know about this. It would be better if they know that he is son of light. So that they can rest assured and stop targeting him. And last thing, here caier mother reminds me of the mother of niao niao (zhao lusi) from love like a galaxy Chinese drama. Who left her daughter alone with grand mother and aunty. And left for war to border. In that drama also, instead of loving and understanding her daughter. She scolded her every time for not being gentle virtuous noble like lady.
Here its a combination of jealousy and expectations differing from reality. YanYu is jealous of Cai'er affection for Hao Chen, when she wants to be able to assuage her guilt at having left Cai'er to the trials. She's probably fantasized at Cai'er being happy to see them and her and the father being able to show care now and Cai'er forgiving them right away. Her guilty she cant deal with and she gets angry defensive as Caier doesnt react the way she had hoped. It is realistic in that Ive seen people react that way. Parents hoping that the kid just gives them a pass on their years of bad behavior because the parent feels guilty and wants/expects absolution.
I don’t believe a single thing out of her so called “mothers” mouth. She pushed her daughter into eternal darkness and abandoned her. People don’t forget being scarred like that by their own blood. I’ve dealt with a similar situation when my parents protected a co-worker of theirs who assaulted me instead of protecting me against my assaulter. I had to go to other close family friends which one of them is an attourney to get a restraining order on my assaulter. 😢
Yeah. I agree with you. Author made Cai'er forgive them too easily. Honestly, Cai'er suffered a lot to get that power. She still suffers everytime she uses it. Even when the power is passive, she needs to be in control otherwise she will harm herself and those around her. She should have cut ties with them completely. It would be healthier for her me talk stability and to remake her life. They deserve being excluded from the happy family picture and to look on from afar without being able to come near.

@@deanpharm6690 Spoilers: Hao Chen will win. However, it's not because he is stronger but because Austin Griffin wants to die. Austin manipulated the demon race into finding how to kill him. Thus, the final battle is just Austin Griffin fighting. Hao Chen had a hard time winning. But, found out that if Austin truly tried hard, no-one would be able to even scratch him. (because he's a true god and Hao Chen is a fake God) A fake god is someone who has the cultivation rank but no god realm above their planet. Plus, Austin is a premordial god. Even real gods with a god real would have a a hard time fighting or defeat g him. Currently, the the sequel to this novel. Austin Griffin and Hao Yue reincarnated for the last time in another world. I haven't read this novel yet so I don't know if they have met yet. However, they will one day in that novel according to spoilers from author.
I can't understand the fact that caier has two furnaces in her body one samarsa furnace and other thousand strikes furnance. Is it possible to have two furnances in one body?
@@fuivan3078 no both are furance. Samsara one is too powerful and the price to pay when using that was too high so they gave cai'er a second one which she can use easily.
Why they made her mother more mean here in donghua😑my blood just boiled watching her.🥲 Also in novel her great grandfather at this point knew that 1st haochen is son of light . 2nd he is xingyue's son. Also he scolded cai'er mother in novel but here they just make people hate her more. Bcz after this fight although she didn't like haochen she didn't scold him bcz it was her husband's mistake taking haochen there but haochen took all the blame on himself.
