You are 😆 talking about your printing and cutting woes -- i laughed right along with you, although i may have been the only one laughing. I totally understand the frustration.
Thanks for a great video -- I've been watching for quite a while (not in a stalkerish way.. lol) and appreciate all your hard work. Hope to say hi at a con! 🐬
I have the cameo 4 and was having the same issue. Make sure your firmware is updated. Also, for me the autobleade just sucks I use the ratchet blade with the adapter and it works so much better for me. Love your stuff!
I feel we are the opposite, I outsource absolutely everything. I just like my stuff arriving and packging it pretty. The sound of the Silhouette/Cricut going gives me a migraine. Everytime I see people complain about their cutter is like - this is why I don't use mine anymore! I'm sorry it's been frustrating :( For me, I make monthly orders for my merch club so I tend to restock a little bit every month which is always around $300~ a month for my manu's MOQs. For most of my smaller shows that's about all I need. But before my 4 back-to-back shows I just did it cost me about 2k to stock up for those, and this fall I have several 10x10 booths so I'll probably be spending a lot more for these upcoming shows to fill out the space.
Yea, it's definitely a trade off. I would love to not have the headache of manufacturing a lot of this myself. I just feel that currently, I am dealing more in small quantities so it makes more financial (if nothing else) sense for me to do it. I would love to just outsource it all... that would be lovely. 4 back to back must have been insane! I did 3 back to back in March and that was really something that drained me! Best of luck in your upcoming shows!
