Hi Dave!🙋🏻♂️ Thankyou very much for your wishes!🙏 conveyed the same to mom! 🙏🤩 I have now been practising opposite spins - forward spin on one hand and backward on the other / one hand forward and other back - it’s like patting the head and rubbing the stomach we did as kids - confusing to the brain while stimulating it, and we get some muscle burn also 👌 Thanks again!
