Hi. Thanks for the review. Can you tell me, please, is it possible to charge the battery with the USB C cable? I saw that USB C can power the monitor, but also charge the battery? Thank you
That is a great question! I attached a battery and pluged in the USB-C and didn't see any indication that it was charging. Then I turned on the monitor and the batter indicator showed the % of charge but no indication that it was charging the batter. This would lead me to believe that it does not charge the battery.
Hello and thank you for nice review this monitor. I just got Freeworld LUT5 and happy too. One question: in Video mode I see full monitor screen displayed (and camera display too), but in PHOTO camera mode only monitor displayed AND NOT in FULL screen but on camera monitor is OFF. Did you trying your monitor in PHOTO camera MODE? How it displayed in monitor ? Thank you again.
Thanks for the feedback and great question Al. I only used the monitor in video mode so I can't speak to how it works in video mode and I would imagine that what you see on the monitor is dependant of what each camera model outputs.
That is a great question that I don't have an answer for. The kit I received included the light for demostration purposes only. I check the Feelworld website and don't see it listed and there are no part numberrs stamped into the light :(
Dear friend, based on your experience, do you find it interesting to use the FEELWORLD F5 Pro V4 only in photography? Or is this monitor just for video? Thanks.
Great question. i only used the monitor for video, but I think it really depends on what your needs are. In general I find having the larger screen and all the tools availible of value so I always use the monitor. I would suggest that you try using it for photography and see how it works into your work flow and if it adds any value.
Hello Friend. Just got similar monitor but with 3000 nits brightness and planning to use it for photography with 70-350mm lens. How is your experience?
@@joaogoncalves8469 Just used it yesterday for first time. Will make soon my opinions and reality with 3000 nits in sunny day . Don't listen anyone, try for Yourself
I haven't tested on the G7 but it works great on my G5. As long as your camera will send an signal through an HDMI port, the monitor should work no problems.
