這是張惠妹所演唱的一首歌曲，收錄在她的專輯《偷故事的人》裡面，也是該專輯的第四波主打歌曲。歌曲從宣敘調般平淡的旋律開始，進入主題後鋼琴則有如送葬進行曲般平穩而沉重的伴隨著，漸漸的一層又一層地堆疊出心中的吶喊推向樂曲的高潮，最後再復歸於平靜。
若只是看《身後》這首歌的歌詞會誤認為是男女分手的歌曲，但MV卻透露出它真正的含義是對逝者的淒美告別。這首歌曲獲得了第29屆金曲獎最佳音樂錄影帶獎，MV是由羅景壬所執導，以死者的第一人稱視角拍攝了他們人世間的最後一程，場景從離開手術台進入到太平間開始，依序是進入了冰櫃、殯葬的花朵、棺材內部、火化爐到納骨塔，最後鏡頭再帶回現實的遼闊海邊，是一首沉悶卻感人的歌曲。

"Left Behind" is a song by Taiwanese singer A-Mei, featured in her album "Story Thief". It was also the album's fourth hit single. The lyrics were penned by HUSH, while the music was composed by JJ Lin.
The song conveys the feelings of grief and longing for a loved one who has passed away. The song received the Best Music Video Award at the 29th Golden Bell Awards. The music video, directed by Lo Ging-zim, follows the final journey of the deceased from their perspective. The scenes depict the journey from the operating table to the morgue, freezer, funeral flowers, coffin, crematorium, and columbarium, before ending with a view of the vast seaside.
The song's somber melody, which gradually builds up to a climax of inner anguish before returning to tranquility, may give the impression of a breakup song, but the music video reveals its true meaning as a poignant farewell to the departed.
