finally Jiang Cheng MV Song.. Hope near the end of drama, no one will hate Jiang Cheng.. if you read the novel, u will naturally know that he also suffer and sacrifice a lot :( He's also a just like a little child that want to be spoiled by Jiang YanLi and his parents , also want to be together with Wei Ying forever (to protect YunMeng Jiang Sect together) but he need to carry the responsibility of YunMeng Jiang Sect when his family gone. And he really love (as for family) and care for Wei Ying. i hope tencent didn't disappointment us and they should include scene from novel that finally Jiang Cheng know the truth. (i shouldn't spoiler, a lot of people haven't read the novel >_

In a sense Jiang Cheng lost more than Wei Ying did. He lost his parents, his sister and his brother. At the time when Jiang Cheng needed him the most, WY defected and chose to protect the remaining Wen Clan. As a result, it left Jiang Cheng to face all the criticism alone. Like WY often said, JC is very fierce but he's also the most sensitive so the hurt he endured was seared into his heart. WY still had LZ but JC had nobody by his side.

@@xiulifu7876 oh, i haven't seen that pic..i think we should just wait for that episode.. But really there's some plot that the untamed scriptwriter changed a little from novel, so i just hope they didn't deleted the scene when wen ning go find jiang cheng...

@@Breenndda yeah, its true, in sense jiang cheng lost a lot too..but he didn't said anything and endure all of it alone.. Although weiying life is difficult, but jiang cheng also face the hardship.. In the middle of story they become stay away from each other, but its cause jiang cheng need to protect yunmeng jiang sect when weiying defected and save wen sect.. But in this story, a lot of character have their own hardship....so i just cant hate them 😢

I read the novel(when jiangcheng revealed his anger at the end, he cried.. he really need wei ying in his life) 6hours ago and I cried.. it so much sadness and he can't tell anyone that he's hurt bcs wei ying is gone. Such a tsundere my precious jiangcheng 😭😭😭

Wow, I didn't know Zhuo Cheng is such a good singer! Probably the best one among all of the casts. This MV made me cry a river because of how much Jiang Cheng actually wanted Wei Wuxian back by his side. WZC's sung this so well, they couldve given him a more challenging song than this and he wouldve aced it.

I don't know what the lyrics are saying, but the video seems to convey his emotions well enough. Despite everything, I find it difficult to hate Jiang Cheng. He's a tragic character in every sense of the word. Losing his home, his family, and everything he loved in one fell swoop had to have been traumatic. I personally believe that he directs his hatred towards his older brother, Wei Wuxian, to protect his heart from feeling the pain of losing someone he loves all over again. The Untamed's depiction of their brotherhood is probably the best rendition I've seen so far out of the MDZS adaptations. Edit: I'd like to point out that both of them technically lost their golden cores for each other. Jiang Cheng lost his in an attempt to protect Wuxian from getting caught by Wen Chao's henchmen and Wei Wuxian, in turn, lost his by sacrificing it for Jiang Cheng.

tbh I loathed him so much, I've ranted about how much I hated him. I feel bad after that ending, JC cared about his brother but he just didn't show it. I wished that in the novel they'd talk it out a bit more, but that was the last time they saw each other. It's heartbreaking.

It's odd that while watching the whole drama, I found most of the side characters more interesting than the main character. I really like WWX but it's just that he isn't relatable to me. He is so good, so selfless, so talented...I admire him but I don't relate to him. I often find myself more drawn to LWJ's communication problem, JC's envy and Jin Ling's confusion. Hell, I even feel for Lan Xichen's pain of betrayal. If that's how he is in the novel too then I would be a bit disappointed coz MXTX usually writes characters really well. Like in Heaven Official Blessing, at first I thought the same about Xie Lian, so selfless, so good...so godly...so unrelatable but then book 2 and book 4 happened and XL became one of the most interesting and lovable characters for me.
