用蕃茄燒腐竹也可以,鍋子裡面放少許油,蕃茄切塊,蕃茄炒過有茄紅素,在放腐竹加水跟蕃茄醬,水多是一個湯,水少是一道菜,也可以換成麻竹筍,麻竹筍吃起來有苦味,要去除苦味就要煮,煮的時候加一條辣椒不要切開,是去苦味的我是都切好在煮,是用偷吃步而且省時間,也省瓦斯,不然整個煮要煮的時間比較長,也浪費瓦斯煮好撈起來,用醬油糖加水跟腐竹一起燒,腐竹就是豆漿上面那一層,沾過水炸就是火鍋店吃的豆皮了,燒的入味在起鍋,淋上少許香油,是很下飯的一道料理

翻攪的次數太頻繁,腐竹容易被炒碎爛.。 香菇、胡蘿蔔沒必要先過水,可和薑、蒜、青椒一齊爆鍋才香。

Thank you. Short, fast and informative. Never really know how to cook vegetarian style, thought it'll taste bland if to cook on my own. Thus far I only buy pre-packed frozen vegetarian for instant cooking. This encourages me to buy dried tofu skin. Thank you bless you 🙏

医生说:“你这样的还没见过,真是奇迹!” 文: 河北大法弟子  打印 | 转发 发表时间: 2020年06月28日 【明慧网二零二零年六月二十八日】二零零九年春天的一天,我弟弟在煤矿干活。一天,弟弟在墙壁上接灯,因为梯子放的太斜,弟弟一下子就从梯子上摔下去了。弟弟摔倒在地,胳膊肘正好就摔在地上的一块砖头上,骨折了。那天是星期五,要到下个星期一才能做手术。 这三天,弟弟就靠吃止痛药缓解疼痛。我跟弟弟说:“你念‘法轮大法好,真善忍好’吧。”他说:“吃药都不管用,念大法好会管用?”他不相信,也不念。 到了星期一,弟弟的胳膊做了手术,插了两根钢筋。之后,胳膊肿了,变成了黑色。弟弟疼的直哭,见谁都哭,一整天下来,不吃也不喝,就是哭。下午五点多钟了,我去看他,我又对他说:“你就念念‘法轮大法好’吧,你试一试。”这回他没吱声。 过了一会,弟弟不哭了,上厕所去了,回来后端起早上的饭吃了。我见状,赶紧出去买了一斤饺子,他一口气吃了半斤。我说:“剩下的饺子,等你半夜饿了再吃。”弟弟要睡觉了,我就回家了。 第二天早上,我去看他,饺子还在那放着。我说:“你没吃饺子?”他说:“我没醒,一觉睡到天亮。”我问他:“你是不是昨天念‘法轮大法好’了?”他说:“哎呀!还真管用,我念了一会就不疼了,还真管用!” 从这以后,弟弟天天念九字真言“法轮大法好,真善忍好”。我又给了他一本《转法轮》,让他有时间就看。 一天,我去看他,弟弟说他拉肚子了,让弟媳给他买“泻立停”药。我笑了,说:“那是师父给你清理身体呢。你和大法有缘,光看看书,师父就管你了。把你身体上不好的东西都清理出去,你以后就好了。”他没吃药,一天就不拉肚子了。 到了第八天,拆线。医生说:“你的胳膊怎么不肿、也不黑了,这是咋回事?别人都要肿两个多月,你这样的还没见过,真是奇迹!”弟弟出院回家,自己照顾自己,因弟媳在城里上班,没有时间照顾他。他在家除了学法就是念“法轮大法好”。 有一天晚上,弟弟做梦,说有人给他家修补屋顶,他看见屋顶上到处都是法轮,“突突”的转。我说:“那是师父给你修补屋顶哩,是好事,谢谢师父吧!”他当时就说:“谢谢师父!” 到了第四十五天,弟弟骑摩托车上班去了。他的胳膊完全恢复了,一切正常。弟弟说:“念‘法轮大法好,真善忍好’真管用,要不我也不会好的这么快。谢谢师父!”
