I just had a showerthought about Dragalia Lost so I came here to post this. There’s a video on your channel of expert Tartarus from when the boss first came out. I was the Fleur in that video, and that run was actually the perfect excuse for me to uninstall the game. I was grinding the boss immediately after update, yet that was my first “clear” (haha maintenance), and that’s only because those two other guys were good pubs (they’re good enough that I recognize them when a new Agito comes, I’m sure they recognized my epithet as well). I was using the mym shapeshift print instead of sots because I’d usually get more value in the first phase by shapeshifting one more time just because the pubs were so bad. All I ever got were Peony that can’t put it the basic effort of reading/understand basic boss mechanics and kept going into the first fucking portal and effectively ruining the run. So getting that god tier lobby, I was thinking, “thank god, finally” and in my mind was gonna switch back to sots after clear, and then BOOM haha maintenance sorry no clear. The really annoying part was that I got the last hit too. After hours of brainless people, I get people with brains and then yeah. I consider that run -> uninstall one of my best gaming moments. I remember seeing that video and looking at the description and agreeing so much. Pubs quality has fallen down ever since chimeratech (void weapons). “Fear of missing out” mentality made devs cater to casuals and ruin the entire point of even having an “end game”. You couldn’t even gate for gleo anymore in hjp, haha chimeratech cassandra same power as t2 gleo. And then they added revives. Revives in master dragons. Lol. Even the audric 3 gleo comp had to go through the rows of lightning attack in mhjp before lol. But nah just die and res it’s fine. No need to know what mhms’s storm attacks do anymore, just 70mc tank it haha. Not gonna talk about shadow powercreep, we all know. Story also went in shitty direction, dragging out. Time travel and a bunch of garbage and trying to fill in plotholes, etc. Failed MC while playing geuden in that run was a godly name. Anyhow it was fun while it lasted. Should’ve uninstalled way sooner but eh got it done eventually. If anyone reads this, thanks for taking the time and have a nice day. Take a shower or something. (edit: phrasing)
I'm sorry to hear that and I'm glad I helped out with the clear. I took a shower since you told me too. Sadly I no longer play most games and just draw since I'm out of the algorithm due to the platform promoting constant uploads which I can't do anymore. I was surprised whenever someone said its full premade when its just me forcing people to deal with my dumb self. I hope you are doing fine and stuff.
