Let's talk about tier list!
I made both hunter and survivor, but on this video we gonna talk about hunter first.
I covered tier list for Tournament setting, and Rank setting

I was listening while doing my work in algebra 🐿 Okay but I still don’t understand how tournament and normal rank change what tier the survivor or hunter are in. I feel like I can understand but I don’t

Working out whilst listening, to explain:it differs because at top level gameplay, not just peak tier, we're talking the best of the best playing these people playing their popular strategies and meta characters to their best potential would make shake things up a lot in how a match goes. For example you wouldn't see clown in COA qualifiers no matter how amazing they are at him simply because there's many survivor picks that counter him and as a whole he's very snowball-y but in rank mode you're not going against professionals in coordinated situations you're just going against other people who also happen to grind rank and play at a decent/good level with some inconsistcies and the communication is far more lacking within rank so that's why things fluctuate.. I feel like my response was poor because I'm quite tired and it's the night but that's all I've got on my mind... Infact Im sure I could've explained it better because some of the examples aren't that great but I hope it sorta makes sense

Oh and another point I'd like to say is that there are 3 limiting factors that decide how much a hunter can do in a match even when played to their best ability, these 3 factors are: if they're lacking in chase, camping or map pressure. For example wu or bq lack camp its almost laughable how simple it is to rescue from them most times so that becomes their limiting factor that stops them from being a tier higher than they could be if they had those things.

In ranked mode these limiting factors are not as big of a problem due to quite literally going against randoms

PC clown is C tier, but if just mobile than yeah he is D tier

Pc clown doesn't make a difference because mobile has the same sensitivity capability its just upto to the player to be good at controlling but even that doesn't help because the entire meta craps on him

Also there's inconsistcies and bugs in regards to clowns dash depending on your server and location and ping.
