Rei is almost Kokoro equivalent richness But the difference is that she doesn't really waste her money for a freaking baloon stage

14:36 oh, I've heard about this before! apparently a "first errand" is a very important thing in Japan where parents send their children out on their very first errand, usually doing something easy like getting a little something from a store, asking them to bring something to someone, etc. it's to teach the kid independence and to show them they can trust their local community if they need help (like asking for directions)! from what i've heard, it's usually for younger kids, like maybe grade school age? i don't know, this is from memory. so basically i think rinku is pointing out there that this is a huge milestone for rei's independence, but muni and maho get discouraged because at this point in time she's probably very dependent (especially if it's her first errand at high school age!) and they're worried she'll get lost or something. and while she doesn't get lost, she does take a long while and still buy the wrong thing(s), so their concern was well placed lol

As someone who is already in his 30's, I can't help but be impressed by the new generation's usage of tablets and laptops for school. Back in my day, we only have a notebook and a pencil to take down notes. Also, the most popular in class are those with pencil cases that look like transformers or Ferrari race cars. And don't forget the famous line... Teacher: ok class, get 1 whole sheet of paper. Some student: 1 whole sheet ma'am?

This episode has one of the highest levels of production, in the sense that you can see all the hard work of the team who put it together. So many good and memorable moments to go back to. This episode is glorious all around, from voicing to animation and music. 💯

I love how most of Muni's face expression is like she just so done with the situation 😂😂😂
