Iriki's baby is 41 days old, Iriki is a good Mom who can handle her baby with one hand, getting food easily with another. Maybe she has learned a lot from Tayari or maybe she is bigger, Tayari is smaller, she needs to keep switching hands holding baby Jabali. Iriki's baby has longer hair on his forehead just like his Mom. Now, 8 months old Jabali can move around without any help, he is a naughty boy compared to his baby brother who is quite in Mom's arms. Jabali will try to steal foods from adults, hardly successes though~ Can't wait to see the brothers play together, how cute will it be!
Kitty my dear, I believe that iriki not have to learn from tayari to handle her baby in any way. Iriki is a force of nature like her mother too. Look arpenheuls videos in 2014. Great Best regards J.
@@jasminekierschniok4878 I noticed that a lot of English speakers making comments against Tayari's motherhood, I do believe Gorillas have different personality just like human. I do not want to see animal lovers put their opinions and make drama about it. So I simply translated what is said in the video that reflects what their keepers see. So I will not comment anything about it, please understand.
Tayari's motherhood is ok It's the same as her mother did to her. For example:climbing with baby on trees...and so on.... By the way: its not nice for us englishspeakers to see the chinese comment without understanding it. It would be very kind to get translations for background knowledge

Yeah, there is so much coverage of the Panda's that I thought by now we would see a lot more of Iriki and the baby. So many fan's are waiting patiently to see Iriki and the baby. I know the Zoo is suffering bad with COVID in their country and maybe limited staff. But, im going through withdraw here! LOL! I miss this family and dying to see Iriki as a Mom with the Baby and if the family dynamic has changed. *We know Tayari loves D'J and may be losing some of his attention with him staying close to Iriki & the Baby. Would love to see whats going on and Iriki's mothering style. I guess we all have to wait until the Zoo re-opens and our youtube page owners who film this family shares some videos with us to get updates. I think they are re-opening the end of July, but not sure. It will be hard waiting that long to see this beautiful family! ;-( BTW, I just saw that there are some pictures on the Zoo's FB Page. Didn't go on to see all that is there, but good to check FB too for updates. Take care! ;-)
@@maryeddy4871 July is the month of Panda at Taipei Zoo after Yuan Zai was born! Being the biggest star/money maker at Taipei Zoo, she was also the eye catcher that brought so many fans to Taipei Zoo RU-vid channel, to know the other animals at the zoo. The zoo got government support to live stream Yuan Zai's daily life for an hour everyday, Yuan Zai is 8 years old and the live stream channel is still on, so you can see Yuan Zai has a very big group of die-hard supporters! I know you love gorillas, but don't mess up with Yuan Zai Fans, LOL~ BTW, all animals are living a quite easy life without visitors, maybe it's good to keep the zoo shut down, bad for the humans to be locked down!!
So we have been waiting to see lriki and baby and got a snap shot of lriki and baby we all want to see the new baby we have been seeing jabali ,and tayari for months and that's all they have to give us on opening day it ended so quick why do everything stop with she tayari I hope she calm down it's her nephew and like it or not that is d jeeco s son as well they would still have kept more than this on opening day Tay is mad if it's not about her or d jeeco she very upset right now,tight mouth and all.

Jabali está bem interessado no irmão e segue iriki, mas como ainda é pequeno para se separar da mãe ele acaba por seguir Tayari. Espero que ela vendo iriki amamentar, deixe jabali mamar mais. Que pena que foi rápida a aparição de Iriki.
Any updates on Iriki, her infant, and this gorilla family? I thought Taipei Zoo was only supposed to be closed to visitors for a month. It’s been well over a month. I need my Iriki fix! She’s my favorite gorilla.
Iriki is everyone's favourite gorilla, just read they are opening on the 1/8... So excited to see the whole family..😘 Baby was named Ringo, I liked the other one.

Your date format confuses this American LOL. Is that August 8th or January 8th? Please forgive my ignorance. 1/8 to me would be January 8th and 11/8 would be August 8th.

Ito like seeing jabali, but we have been watching jabali and his mom tayari since the very day he came into this world. We all need to see more of lriki and her baby longer footage at least the 7min. You have given to the rest of the family, as we have been waiting to get a close up of her and baby like the zoo did of tayari and jabali we aren't shown that at all. The zoo can still film the whole darn family.the rest of the world want to see lriki and baby the people that live there and around there an get to see gorilla family at any time we can not in why put them on the internet If you only show bits and pieces not only certain ones they live as a family right .fair time of lriki-baby ,fair time of lriki,baby and family. Just want the zoo to be fair with the rest of the world.do you agree.
