quite a bit late but its pretty much what @Imjsttired says, the original song is called "This is home" by Cavetown and a few years later the artist remade/remastered the song and named the updated version "Home"

Oh oof. The lines “are you tired of me yet” really got to me. My bitch ex best friend got sick of how often I get mad and asked my other ex bestie to tell me that she didn’t wanna be friends anymore. I mean I get why she would want to and I’m not upset that she doesn’t wanna be friends anymore but the fact that the two of them both practically ignored me the the entire morning and didn’t tell me directly was very uncalled for.
