Have you ever seen mango trees that are hundreds of years old? The air is filled with the sweet mango fragrance during this time of the year. Here in Yunnan, you can find mangoes of different varieties, such as the mangoes from trees that are hundreds of years old, king mangoes and small Australia mangoes. People here eat both raw and ripe mangoes. They can be made into cold dishes and salads.
