You can skip card rewards, having a thinner deck is a good thing becouse it lets you get the cards you need more consitantly, If a card reward dosn't make your deck better you should skip. Also removing bad cards at shops or events can be a really good thing.

Ah makes sense! I'll try to be a little more conservative about picking up new cards. I do find that a deck with 30 is very hefty and often times I don't find my pieces that I need.
