The thing i remembered most of him was when he posted "roast me" somewhere and the response was, "you're the most unknown player who was ever in the top 10"
not necessarily this just some can't believe a player out of complete no where is that good , or like idke and vaxei who mixed mods in so early and got good quicker then most so your maybe right.
i feel really bad now. i wrote on r/osureport because they got rank 46k after 3 months of playing and i thought that was impossible :(. hope he gets 3 digit by 2022
I think people have rights to their assumptions as long as they don't cross any lines. I mean just look at all the cheaters that have been caught recently.
Not sure if you saw the ban wave on peppys twitter but almost 7% of top 1000 players were 100% cheating over the 2 months prior to that post and it's very likely that didn't catch all of them, so yes, it makes sense to question someones legitimacy in a game as easily cheatable as osu!
@@checknow1235163 I don't think that they should have any right to assume someone is cheating when they're sending a literal 14 year old death threats, and telling him to kill himself because they're better than him at Circle clicking game
I've been waiting for something like this so long, thanks for this. . I really think Azerite is still an underrated player to this day compared to the popularity gained by a lot of other players. I believe he was/still is a pioneer of DT such as people like Zirba and sayonara-bye. Imagine where he would be if he wanted to actively compete in tournaments or the rankings.
Nice video, I love Azerite. He's easily my favourite player who still plays this game and his history in osu is one of the most impactful with all the shit that happened to him
if i remember correctly the reason for his second ban was because he set a score on the taiko rog-unlimitation convert which is completely broken and was worth like 200pp, and the system auto-banned him for it because it was so much higher than his other taiko plays
It would be great to get a topic on the witch huntings as it could bring insight into osu’s dark history and I don’t think its to much of a covered topic either.
The last few ending clips are on some of the funnest maps in the game btw, squirrelpascals is a super underrated mapper and yall should play their maps :V
His black rover play went so fucking unnoticed when it happened. It was the first DT FC on the map and people just kinda shrugged it off like ??? BRO WHAT
not underrated but niche i'd say cause osu! is niche which means content on it is too tho a cool "omg wow this looks impressive" spectacle like that mania talent show video. wish people play the three other modes in osu! too. mania, taiko and catch are underrated.
It's easy in hindsight to call everybody who was suspicious of him stupid, but if you were in 2015 and somebody who had only played for 1 year started getting plays of a top 100 player out of nowhere you would be suspicious too. Obviously they should've realized he was legit once Azerite came out with a liveplay, but saying that there was literally nothing suspicious about him would be stupid.
The reason he was banned the second time was because he set a 200pp Taiko score on the rog elimination convert which is 5* while also being only red circles. So he got auto banned for the Taiko pp jump.
@@M4TTYN Yes I remember seeing tweets from him about it at the time. If you go to his profile his rog elimination play is still there on his Taiko plays.
