It might be a bit challenging with those four. While each character is excellent, I am concerned about a potential lack of firepower. You might want to consider replacing Mako and Forte with attackers or another supporter, or substituting Forte as an attacker. Wishing you the best of luck in clearing it.
I believe it is possible to replace Diablo with other units. Units that come to mind immediately include Emperor Islid (be cautious of self-inflicted damage from True Arts, especially in the early stages) and Sagiri.
