Anuradhapura's Must-See Sites: Trip to Sri Lanka 

On the sixth day of our eight-day trip to Sri Lanka, we went to Anuradhapura, the ancient capital of Sri Lanka's first dynasty.
The ruins of Anuradhapura, a World Heritage site, are so numerous that we decided to focus on the six sites that Japanese guide books refer to as “must-see” sites. However the “must-see” spots were a little curious and surprisings. Mihintale, 15 km away from Anuradhapura, is also included.
