@@otp1203both are excessive due to breaking the fundamentals of the game, the promo is less so but neither have any cost attached to their effects which they desperately needed to be anything close to balanced.

@@Gorerend They aren’t really balanced but at least they aren’t game breaking. They are a little overturned, but at least you can’t really digivolve over them and they aren’t very useful late game. They are a great addition to slower decks and decks that can’t search reliably.

@@johnnystephens259 they kind of are in a sense, they break the fundamental pacing of the game which instead of incentivizing their use in lower search slower decks, they instead are utilized in every deck (including tribal decks) due to the inherent speed that just cycling eggs out and setup can bring and can be abused by hyper aggressive decks to completely outpace and force out the aforementioned slower decks, for example. Evo promo Ukko, play bt16 ukko, next turn, promote P.Ukko, gain memory, rehatch, search top 3 grab 1 tamer/digimon, evo new egg, swing promo ukko if it dies you dont care as its damage has been dealt for free and youre still up 3 cards drawn over the opponent, 5 if its in a purple deck that makes use of Demimera, from there you can then just go for an efficiency setup turn that can choke to one, play out another bt16 ukko if ya have it to search 6, grab 2 on next raise and can continue the card advantage train cause there is no cost to their abilities. Those two cards are entirely what make Nume a deck that can function and be as hyper aggressive as it is and cycle out 10+ cards faster than an opponent who isnt using it. In a game thats so designed around there being a turn difference between the hatching and raising step, the fact they change this to such a degree at minimal cost (the one evo honestly helps the card more than it hurts) is grounds enough for the card to get banned outright. Otherwise they will continue to warp the power creep until we have rookies that are better than them which would take some crazy levels of shit.
