Is that so? I think that a short person who does a lot of heavy lifting tends to get stacked like that because she will have more muscle mass per cm². I would even say that she should prioritize heavy muscle gains because that would give her more advantage when closing in and grabbing her opponents, which is ideal because she's good at jiu jitsu AND lack range for trading punches as the main plan, so that kind of training regimen seems ideal. Also, if you are smaller but want to push your weight to the cap its only logical and advantageous to get more muscle mass, so I think she's natural. Maybe it's easier for me to think like this because, as a foreigner, I have seen way more jacked women in sports, who passed any kind of doping and other exams. But I get where you are coming from, its probably weirder for you guys because asian bodies tend to be smaller and not wide, so her body type is rare right?
