Is it ok to use the plate the one with 2 sides not one

Wow dude Car set up has changed alot since 2004 that was the last time I ever played with these. Great explanation of the modern set up to compatible with all the jumps and obstacles.

if the rear bumper already uses the anchor system, is it plug and play if you change it to a rigid system? Vice versa right?
