这个应该是我试过最简单,口感也很好的冰淇淋方子了。我不喜欢太甜的,所以甜度不是很高。想甜一点可以多加一点水饴,口感也会更顺滑一点。#冰淇凌#甜点
配方:
原味
淡奶油 100g
牛奶 100g
水饴100g
全脂奶粉45g
抹茶口味
淡奶油 100g
牛奶 100g
水饴 110g
全脂奶45g
抹茶粉 4g
咖啡口味
淡奶油 100g
牛奶 100g
水饴 110g
全脂奶粉 50g
咖啡粉 5g
草莓口味
淡奶油 100g
牛奶 100g
水饴 65g
全脂奶粉 45g
草莓果酱 50g
做法:
原味:
1、牛奶加入全脂奶粉搅拌均匀
2、加入水饴搅拌均匀
3、加入淡奶油搅拌均匀
4、过筛两次
5、倒入模具冷冻隔夜
其余味道先用少量牛奶把粉末(抹茶粉、咖啡粉)化开,再和其他材料混合均匀就可以啦。

practice:
Original flavor:
1. Add whole milk powder to milk and mix well
2. Add water and stir well
3. Add whipped cream and mix well
4. Sieve twice
5. Pour into molds and freeze overnight
For the remaining flavors, use a small amount of milk to dissolve the powder (matcha powder, coffee powder), and then mix it with other ingredients evenly.
