From this interview I can feel the soul of this director, although I might never able to watch this movie but the message is very clear & got me all emotional. Thank you very much, you're doing God's work.
It's very sad Malaysia has banned this film from showing to local audience. The Malaysian authority needs to grow up. After 66 years as a proud nation of Malaysia are we still not mature enough to talk and discuss and have some closure for the victims of 513? How long are they going to hide by sweeping this ugly dark chapter of Malaysian history under the carpet? I hope one day this film can be enjoyed and watched by all fair minded Malaysians. Thank you Chong Keat Aun 張吉安 for highlighting and telling this important story to the world. All the best to you and 'Snow in Midsummer 五月雪.
The truth of this ugly incident has been buried together with Ex-Malaysia PM Tun Razak (Najib's father) and Selangor Menteri Besar Dato Harun Idris. 真相永远不会公佈。
@@Miyako74 wish I could watch it in Malaysia. It would be a very special moment to have the opportunity to watch 'Snow in Midsummer' there but unfortunately I'm living oversea. I don't think this film will be showing here and it wasn't on our International Film Festival circuit this year. Thank you for the invite.
