Thank you for this video! It was a nice walk down memory lane for me! When I first lived in Japan, before I settled in Sendai, I used to teach English to children and seniors all along Senseki train line. I taught classes in Ishinomaki, Yamoto, Nobiru, Tona, and Shiogama. One of my favorite classes to teach was for seniors at the large building at 4:15 ; my boss called this building "Ichiban Kan". Also, one of my first visits to a shrine was Shiogama Jinja, and I watched people carry a miniature shrine down the long set of steps and around the town. It was so rainy that day! I will be visiting Japan in November, and I will definitely go to Shiogama! Thank you again!
I thought you were someone who lived in Sendai, but you also lived along the Senseki Line. The big building at 4:15 is Ichiban-kan, which is correct. Shiogama has many good sushi restaurants in Miyagi Prefecture, so I recommend you to eat sushi when you come to Shiogama.
