Foreigners applying for NUS undergraduate and graduate students need the following information respectively:
Singapore National University International Student Application Form
High school transcript, university transcript (if any)
Junior high school transcript
IELTS/TOEFL score
College entrance examination results, or SAT & 3 SAT subject test results
Passport
Past medical history report (if any)
Criminal record (if any)
The application to NUS does not require a description and recommendation letter for extracurricular activities. All materials do not require original and copies are not refundable; all non-English materials need to be translated into English
Tuition fees are S$48,200 a year, boarding costs S$7212 a year, and a security deposit of approximately RMB 290,000 is also required.
Scholarship application
NUS provides Need-based and Merit-based scholarships for international students. Funding includes Scholarship, Bursary, Loan and Work-Study Assistance. Scholarships are mainly Merit-based scholarships. For Work-Study Assistance, international students cannot work more than 16 hours a week.
