My first contribution for 東方聖鮮血 ~ Heart of Sacred Singularity.
"The hunters become the hunted" was sort of the concept for this character. I thought it would be ironic to add gunshot sfx, but whether Ruka is the one dodging or firing the barrage is up to you. The instrumentation is blatantly WBaWC, so perhaps she's related to a beast alliance?
