感谢花生老师的分享，想请教花生老师您一个问题？在国内，招聘平台主流主要以boss直聘、智联招聘、猎聘为主，为什么我给HR发一个问候语，HR连简历都没看，直接回复不合适或不匹配，而且还是标准模版或智能回复的，这个该怎么解决？第二个问题？您有提示词的那份简历和没有提示词的那份简历内容是完全一致的吗？
