Anime and Japanese video games are a huge part of our childhoods in the US and other Western countries. Many of us watch anime and/or play Japanese video games much more than we do US shows/video games.
My husband and I couldn't stop yelling from excitement! A lot of us were children when we first played this game, so it's like seeing an old friend. I'm glad our joy from across the pond is shared with everyone in Japan.
Love reading the comments as google translates them, haha. This game was my older brother's favorite for so long and I grew up watching him play it!! Truly such a great game and I love that so many people are showing Nintendo and SE that they did the right thing!!!! Much love from Texas!
Two people with 6,041.98 mi (9,723.62 km) of water separating them are both equally excited about a beetle mini-game. The internet can be beautiful sometimes.
@@user-ye6tf5wq9k I am back I got the game yesterday and I have played all night and finally got to the beetle mini game. It shows because I got a score of six and with that goodnight.
It's fun Google translating and reading all the Japanese comments. We're all happy this game finally got a remaster, whether it be us overseas, or in Japan itself.
I would like to see English captions on Japanese reactions to these trailers. Do Japanese people do reactions like this? I know they pretty much invented the concept of a person in the corner of the screen reacting, all their TV has it all the time.
@@jaredf6205 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qaWLUcy2wco.html apparently yes! this is just one but i wouldnt be suprised if theres a couple fun reactions from japanese streamers as well
This reveal was a special moment where all of us around the world got to relive true joy and pure happiness. It seems that many Japanese gamers didn't realize how many westerners experienced this game later on. It was a very late release in the SNES development cycle, so the N64 craze overshadowed it in the West at that time. Of all of the SNES RPGs of the era, only Chrono Trigger is as beloved, and even then many call both of those games the greatest of all time. Thank you to the translator of this video for sharing the West's reaction to the trailer! I hope the developers have had an opportunity to see how much the world loves their efforts!
its amazing i see japan natives commenting on our community as well as us on theirs. i still here mario rpgs music in my head from when i was a child. this game means alot to me and its nice to know it was important to you all as well. lets have the time of our lives when this game comes out.
I love translating and reading these comments. Super Mario RPG was HUGE in the USA. It's one of the first games that made the RPG genre popular outside of Japan.
