As a condo resident, I usually reach out the condo front desk for assistant.

true, however condos are more suitable for newcomers to settle down, as most of them are within city area

No pet policy isn’t enforceable. You can get a pet sitter for a few weeks, once settle in, your dog can join you but don’t say I taught ya. 😂

My exhusband used to have a cat only policy as he loves cat but not dog. 😂 Then he accepted small dogs as they’re known as kitty dogs. 😂 Most importantly you gotta clean up and they won’t say anything. In fact they cannot but if it caused noise & makes the place dirty… hmmmm.. they won’t renew lease or make it difficult for you to get repair done then you leave on your own. Just be respectful and sensible. We used to turn deaf if an annoying tenant we wanted to get rid of wanted little repair cos we knew they won’t go anywhere with tribunal and we dodged them till the lease expired then asked for max raise.
