The idea itself was brilliant, and the stage shows 80s vibe perfectly, really appreciate all the dancers for gave this amazing performance. And the expression tho was amazing
Both Xiao Ji and Xiao Jie are amazing!! They really have creative and fun ideas when they perform a routine and it's always a blast! Fan Fan and Stone performed really well with these two and had fun at the same time!!!
I'm not a 80's or a 90's, I was born in the 2000's but gosh I got the vibe and this performance made me happy. You kinda get feeling when you got old fashioned parents and you played just dance ig. All the dances and songs they made me learn but it was all their youth 🤣. Anyway this performance brought me many memories but made me happy instead of sad and too nostalgic. I would have given it 100 points 💚
So happy to watch this performance. Street dance is not only technical but also emotional. Look forward to more happy dance. Xiaoji, creates his style of street dance.
Oh my goodness. When I saw this it gave me a huge surprise. A blast from the past. I think I may have the cassette tape from this group somewhere amongst the cobwebs. I recognised both sings from many years ago. Dance music at its best. The dance performance was so fun to watch and they did a great job lifting the roof.
Lay said he prepared old Chinese history about choreography.. it seems he didnt like much chocolate factory its a western style.. but look at this its not even old chinese the music they obviously from western but they won.. and HB yeyin they use anime conan so it Japanese but they won.. no matter what they used in thier dance it depends on the audiences besides they are the one who will vote..
Yeah, this is good 💛💛💛 but I just can't believe this got 92 while Henry's only 77... Like seriously? What made it 77 only? There's no reaction even from the people in there why they prefer this than toy story.. 😐 no hate tho.. Both teams are good.. But the scores are just meh ://
There’s also a chance that the judges simply connected with the 80s 90s theme more? It seems that there were details and references prominent in 80s 90s Chinese culture that this performance has shown, whereas toy story is a rather modern western children’s cartoon, probably not as prominent in Chinese culture. Personally for me I also liked Henry team’s chorey more as well especially because Toy Story hits home for me- I’m a Gen Z, and Toy story was my childhood
@@c.crystal8893 it really give the vibe of the 80s early 90s HK comedies/movies like those slapsticks comedies by the Hui Brothers, or those with stanley fung, karl maka, etc al... what would really be icing on the cake would be if fanfan has the olivia newton john hairstyle that proliferated in that era
This performance is a good show. But is it competitive enough? That's my question. Henry's team's performance was so in sync, the choreography was good, they had difficult stunts too. This I don't know.....
@@roxyroxanne1233 I also stop watching this show. Here is a very strange system of judging, some dancers are given points for their authority and fame, I still don't understand why the team with AKCY san scored 95, I didn't see super cool choreography and dance there either. They also recruited many foreign dancers to attract attention, but almost all of them were removed, leaving mostly only Japanese and Chinese. And all dances with an Asian theme get extra points. In principle, you shouldn't start watching this show if you are a foreigner.
@@mikroshkin this is "street dance of China" so I guess chinese themes will get more points all the time and it is fair in a way. It's just difficult for the foreign viewers. But I think we can't complain too cause it's their show. 😬 If I am gonna watch the rest of the episodes I will watch them without emotion 😌
