【見学】真壁の庭灯篭②

茨城県桜川市にある小原石材店さんを訪問し、その道40年の灯篭職人であり、伝統工芸士として技術の伝承に努めていらっしゃる小原正さんのお話しを聴かせていただきました。
これだけの庭灯篭の一カ所で観られる場所も中々ありませんが、お庭を引き立たせる名脇役である庭灯篭。
日本の良き文化だなと思います。
We visited the Ohara Stone Shop in Sakuragawa City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and listened to the story of Mr. Tadashi Ohara, a lantern maker who has been making lanterns for 40 years and is working to pass on his skills as a traditional craftsman.
There are not many places where you can see all these garden lanterns in one place, but garden lanterns are a great supporting role that complements the garden.
I think it's a good culture of Japan.
