My left shoulder disclocated when I was swimming 15 years ago. Subluxation. It is painful when it out of the place and I managed to push it buck since the first time. Ever since the first time, I avoid put my arm up and backwards. Cuz it’s easily subluxasted if I do. I wonder how can I get better and have no problem raising up arm and backwards? Train shoulder muscle work or not? I mean can stronger shoulder muscle protect bones?? Someone can kindly gimme advice? Thxxxx
