阿雲嘎，劉令飛，何亮辰。 你們如何理解魅影這個角色？ 何：【我覺得魅影這個角色吧，他就是個面具男，但是呢，就他就像是《千與千尋》裏面就這種面具男。雖然說就現在，面具他已經作為一個符號化的這麽一個物件，代表著啊隱藏未知的偽裝。在我心目中的話，魅影的面具，它是一個偏執，瘋狂，然後就像復仇般的這個占有欲。但是呢，通過我們這個劇，慢慢地去觀察，到最後會發現他這個面具下面，其實是有一顆柔軟且脆弱的這麽一個心。所以我覺得這個角色應該是一個，被孤獨綁架，在求救的這麽一個靈魂。然後他太渴望得到Christian 的這一份愛了。】 劉：【我們中文的對於這部戲劇就是 the Phantom of the Opera，其實這個翻譯挺巧妙的。因為有的翻譯叫劇院幽靈嘛，就是從直譯上來說幽靈，那魅影我覺得賦予了他一層神秘，高級，讓觀眾有個遐想的空間。我到現在我也沒有想過到底是怎麼去呈現這個魅影。其實我想要在排練當中慢慢去感受，我也希望每一場魅影都不一樣。】 嘎：【《劇院魅影》就是有名，很多人都知道這幾個字。當然我也想感謝的是我們，早期像費翔老師，對於這部戲以及中國音樂劇的，這個做出一些貢獻。像魅影我是覺得，自卑和自尊之間的一個平行。這個人真的是很孤獨，魅影是賦予他一個，給我們想像的一個幻想的一個多神秘的人。其實那是一個特別孤獨的一個小丑啊，他渴望愛，他渴望擁抱。他渴望的一切，唯獨看到了Christian，他想把一切給予她的時候，最後Christian 還是選擇了生活。我是當時在美國百老匯看的，那一剎那我是眼睛濕潤的，尤其說那句「I love you 」。瘋了，就真的雞皮疙瘩都起了。這個記憶非常的深刻啊！感動，遺憾。這個戲我覺得用中文演，可能還是不一樣的。一種文化和味道去賦予這個魅影。】

2022.12.30 Phantom of Opera musical press conference announced that Ayanga will be the first Chinese Phantom , along with musical actor Liu Lingfei and opera singer He Liangchen. The Chinese version will be the 18th language this musical is adapted to. Webber company is in charge of most production details including casting, production personnel and all the stage sets etc. UK team members will arrive soon in China. Rehearsals will start in March and shows will premier in Shanghai in May then tour to 11 cities for about 200 shows. Castings started in July are almost done and other cast will be announced in next few months. Tickets for Shanghai shows are on sale after this press conference, but cast lists will not be announced until March.
