Thank you for your comment! You can go to the observation deck when you arrive as it is not in customs! We hope you will go there:)

Hello i will land late night in Japan at 22:50. Can you guide 1. How long will be the immigration process 2. airport Limousine will be working , my hotel in Edogawa city. 3. Are welcome suica cards and e-sim available at night or vending machines. I hope you can reply soon, i am quite stressed.

Thank you for your comment. I will answer as best I can. 1. I think the immigration process takes about 30 minutes to an hour. However, if you arrive late, you may have to wait for 1~2 hours because the number of airport staff will be less. 2. Where in Edogawa? If you tell me, I will look it up. 3. There are 5 places where SIM cards are sold in the arrival lobby (2nd floor). Some of them are sold in vending machines. Suica can be purchased from ticket vending machines located near the station ticket gates. The prices available are 1,000 yen, 2,000 yen, 3,000 yen, 4,000 yen, 5,000 yen, and 10,000 yen. Please note that the price includes a 500 yen deposit.
