It is so beautiful market!! there are many people look lively!! and I love this train coming time!! Everyone enjoy this!! Thank you for sharing my new friend!! Greeting from Korea!!😍😍👍👍
Thank you for the video. Honestly... this trip became horrible horrible horrible. Did it first time in 2002, when I was the only tourist on the train. Even a Thai couple at Baan Laem told me that I must be an adventourous person to do that trip alone. Since then I did it several times (six seven eight, I do not know) again, and especially in the last maybe ten years it became more and more crowded with tourists both Farang and Chinese. Last time I did it was when my Mum and my brother visited me here in Bangkok (February 2024). It was nearly unbearable on the last stations after so many tourgroups entered the train, especially Chinese. It felt like BTS in Bangkok at rush hour. That is a place destroyed by overtourism, and even the local restaurants do not have a great advantage from it as the tour groups just come, blockade everything and then go and eat another place. Yes, and now they called it the "Rom Hub" - market. Something coined only may be I do not know 10 years (?) ago (by TAT?). 555 The Farang at around 25:25 should be a little bit careful...hope he did not use a Thai coin....
It realy sickens me to know I could be on all the way out in Thailand on a beautiful train and a bunch or westerners jump on. It's like I can't get away from them now days.
It's sad when you see market traders trying to earn a few baht to feed their families being overtaken by hordes of tourists most of whom will not even spend 10 baht!
@@raidermanuk I use to enjoy going to these sorts of places but since I've moved to Thailand from the UK 4 months ago I've avoid these places at all cost because any locations like this or Sukhumvit, floating market, IconSiam, Yaowarat or just anywhere that is full of westerners many of the local traders are selling things for an extortionate price just to make a living as they know farangs have money. Living outside of the city of Bangkok is great as it's very rare that I'll bump into any expats or tourists and I feel more at home and appreciative of the whole Thai culture.
Remember that is thanks to foreigners that people can make a good living. I was here during covid last here and people were struggling to make a living. Same in Italy. You go there and it’s full of foreigners from everywhere and thanks to that we make tons of money.. so be glad that they can sell overprice items to us and make a good living
