Both perspective is so interesting...but Ike's perspective at first it's cute and warm and eventually going to gore....and I must say pretty accurate for some reason 😅

I feel like this is a good opportunity to share just what I think the different perspectives mean. I forget who's who sometimes, but I believe the one in the green jacket (bright and cutey world) is the one with a more positive/innocent outlook of life while the one in blue (ugly robot world) has a more cynical view (correct me if I'm wrong). So each perspective represents that. The green one having an almost entirely positive outlook on life is unware of a lot of the realities of the world. I specifically remember one line of dialouge where he says "But mommies and daddies are SUPPPOSED to get along!" so that says a lot already. Learning the more horrific facts of the world as you grow (especially when all you've known is rainbows and sunshine) is pretty shocking and the unexpected gore in Ike's pov is the equivalent of that, shocking and jarring. The blue one has a more cynical outlook and is the one who's parents don't get along. His perspective is just dull and ugly looking because he has a better idea of the true nature of the world. At the same time though it prevents him from seeing the more groteque imagery because he's become jaded to the truths after learning about them. The fact that everything is robotic and mechanical could also mean that he thinks the world will always be like this. Since machines and robots are usually just made and programmed to act one certain kind of way. On top of everything each perspective causes the player to have reactions akin to what the reactions of each character would be to the world around them. Ver and Ike just demonstrate that themselves here Ver: I had a chill conversation with an AI. What did you see? Ike: ...Murder 😰 Apologies for the essay, I've just always wanted to get that out somewhere 😅
