飯能まつり
「飯能まつり」の特色は
①山車・屋台曳行や居囃子、獅子舞などの伝統的行事と市民パレードや模擬店、イベントなどの市民祭りとが程よく融合している点。
②神社の山車祭礼を母体としたので、祭りのメーンは山車・屋台の曳行と引き合わせだという点の２点ではないでしょうか。
また近年山車による神社参拝(宮参り)が途絶えたり、神社に祭礼幟(のぼり)旗(ばた)が掲揚されないなど神社祭礼色が希薄になっているのが心配な点です。
一方で①祭礼時の町内会の事務所である「会所」が復活している
②お祭りの会場である各商店街に昔ながらの街頭装飾(軒端揃い)が継続されている
③山車の隊列が「万燈が先頭で手古舞が続く」といった従来通りで変更がない
④参加する囃子連をはじめ町内の人たちの服装がいずれもお揃いの長着(着流し)または袢纏で統一されている等
他所のお祭りではすたれてしまった昔ながらの祭礼作法を守っているところが素敵であり、見どころでしょう。

(2) Since it is based on the float festival of a shrine, the main part of the festival is the parade of the floats and floats and the introduction of the floats.
Also, in recent years, shrine visits by floats (miyamairi) have ceased, and festival banners and flags have not been hoisted at shrines.
On the other hand, (1) the kaisho, which is the office of the neighborhood association during festivals, has been revived.
(2) Old-fashioned street decorations (eaves are aligned) are maintained in each shopping district where the festival is held.
(3) The parade of floats remains the same as before, with the floats leading the way and the tekomai continuing.
(4) The clothes of the participating musicians and the people in the town are all uniformed in matching nagashi (kimono) or tanten.
It is wonderful that the old-fashioned festival etiquette that has become obsolete in other festivals is preserved, and it is a highlight.
