Good advice love all the tips and I'm glad you love our rooibos tea from our country I'm from Cape town South Africa we have many varieties here too but I prefer to mix my own I usually use plain rooibos with lemon or orange with honey or if iced tea I add peach juice and sweeten if necessary thx for the tips and very true always keep learning if the brain is healthy and active the other body parts are connected and will follow suit.

It sure feels/looks like Spring here in Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota- no snow, which I have never experienced in my 40 years of life here, and mild temperatures that are typical in early April!?!?! I enjoyed this video very much. I am a grandma twice your age, and you are right: we gain much as we age. You mentioned your twenties...I'm not sure I even recognize the girl I was in my twenties. I love her, but poor thing was stressed and anxious and barely had any idea of what she was doing. But she was as brave as she knew how to be, and we all made it through. 🙂❤ I am wiser, more peaceful, and happier these days. You are on the right track to take care of yourself so well- good for you! I wish I had taken a little better care of myself, but I do a good job now. I'm going to try some of your good habits. I drink green tea and oolong tea, and now I will add rooibos. I have never tried goji berries, but I will! My best habit it to meditate regularly. May we never grow to old to learn new things. 🙂 Thank you for sharing parts of your life with us.

Genetics, stress, and signs of the next phase of our journey are what sadden us. But in life many are denied these stages we should be always thankful for. 🙋🇨🇦✌️You are a father, a spouse, a friend, a person living a purposeful life. And is what changes. Voglio dire che l'età non è solo un numero, è quella cosa che ci ricorda che il nostro corpo cambia, che cambiano le prospettive, i progetti e spesso anche i sogni, che la realtà è diversa e spesso dolorosa, che il tempo passa e non c'è più tanto tempo per realizzare. Io per esempio, avrei tanto voluto visitare il Giappone ma è un sogno che so che non potrò mai realizzare per tanti motivi tra cui anche l'età..
