Five seconds into the first conversation, the screenshots should have started flying towards her brother. The moment the mother was kicked out during a hurricane, the police should have been contacted for attempted murder.

Once, when I was a kid, I lived within two miles of the school, which meant that I did NOT get bus service, and had to walk to and from school. No biggie, except in bad weather, when my mother would drive me. Well, one day, we were having a tropical storm. Not quite a hurricane, but definitely more than a basic thunderstorm. The winds were rough, and the water was literally up past my knees. I waited at the school for my mother to come get me, until the people at the office told me to GO AWAY, ALREADY. They wanted to go home, and couldn't leave, as long as a student was at the school, and I was the last one there. And no, not one of them offered to drive me home. They did try calling my house, but they just got busy signals the whole time. So, I was left with no choice (at least not that I knew of, as a teenager who was not receiving any offers from the adults around her, and well before cell phones were a thing, back in the 80s) to walk the 1 mile and change. I had to slog through the water that was above my knees, while trying not to fall down, in the heavy winds. And this was NOT a hurricane. I arrived home, drenched, and an hour late, to find my mother on the phone with my aunt, and absolutely oblivious to her surroundings. She said, "Well, like I said, Sis, I need to hang up and go pick up my daughter from school. There's a storm, and I always pick her up after school when there's a storm." My aunt was notorious for being a Chatty Cathy, who could not end a conversation, and my mother had been trying to extricate herself from the call since BEFORE SCHOOL LET OUT, which meant about two to two and a half hours. She had no idea it had even been that long, until she saw me, and then saw the clock. She was mortified. All this to say, "locking someone outside during an actual hurricane is tantamount to attempted murder." Anything bad that happens to someone who would do that to their own mother is A-OK in my book. Including someone else "committing the perfect crime" against someone so heinous. I haven't even reached the end of the story, yet. I hope they get their just desserts, and I only mean dessert if they are deathly allergic, because murderers should face the same fate they inflicted on others.

4:00 "So this all has to do with you getting the things you want, without having to make any sacrifices, huh? THAT is why you won't talk to my brother about it directly. Well, for Mom's sake and my brother's you leave me no choice." "No choice? That means you'll take her off my hands, right?" "No, that means I have screenshotted this entire conversation and am sending the pics directly to my brother and my mother. BYE!" After that, Bettie was kicked out of her husband's home. Her husband immediately filed for divorce from her, and forwarded the screenshots to her own parents, as well. "THIS is the sort of woman you raised. I am disappointed in you both. Money does NOT buy class. Take her back. I want nothing more to do with her, EVER. Just feel lucky that I'm not suing for compensation for all the trouble she has already caused my family, and all the luxury items she conned out of me." The family lived happily together. Bettie's former husband hired a housekeeper to look after his mother. She was a dear, sweet woman, who looked after his mother as if she were her own, and the two became fast friends. She wasn't the prettiest woman in the world, nor did she have much fashion sense, but watching her with his mother moved his heart, and before he knew it, he was asking her to date him. They found that they had a lot in common, and within a year, they were talking about marriage. Probably because his mother snuck into his bedroom at night, and whispered in his ear, "You should marry her. She'll make a wonderful wife, and the whole family will be happy." The whole family WAS happy, and she fit right in with everyone, from her husband to her mother-in-law to her sister-in-law to her children and niblings. It was as if she'd been born into the wrong family, and had to wait to meet the right one and marry in. And romantically speaking, the newlyweds couldn't keep their hands off each other. Every day, she grew more and more beautiful in his eyes, to the point where he started to look at fashion models with distaste, because they were "too tall, too thin, too smooth, without ANY interesting scars or bumps or bends or anything crooked. NOTHING to tell their STORY. They just look like plastic and porcelain! I bet not a single one of them has ever had a broken nose! Yuck! Have they even lived at all?!" Sometimes, at night, he'll take a body-paint marker and play, "Connect the dots" with her so-called "flaws," and see the picture it creates. "OMG! It's actually a UNICORN! HAHAHAHAHA! I have a unicorn for a wife! I'm so proud!" These are the games they play and they keep the spark alive. And even though they had their bumps along the road, as all families do, they stood strong and supported each other, putting honesty and communication first and foremost, and thus, they lived happily ever after.

Well stupid rich people problems.... Mom owns lots of properties. At her age any of could have racked a good bit of Karma. Who hasn't had landlord issues or slumlord problems. Not saying because shes rich she's evil. Im no judge. There's always 3 sides to every story like my dad would say. He said then what she said and lastly what really happened. Of course this doesn't mean that the daughter-in-law is not wrong. Of course she had no right to leave anybody out in a hurricane. Having a condo just for yourself whenever you feel like going there when so many people have nowhere to go is just sick and maddening. I thought we weren't supposed to be monopolizing in a democracy lead Government? Oh no not another reason why the system has failed.

_Couldn't_ care less, it's COULDN'T care less 🙄🙄🙄 If someone could care less about something, it means they at least cared a little in the first place. Seriously, this repeated mistake of yours continues to bring down your video quality, even with the vibrancy and character your voice actors put into their roles. Enthusiasm can still be brought down by incorrect syntax
@annied1827
@annied1827 7 месяцев назад
You do realise that English is not their first language and also English is one of the hardest languages to learn !! Besides, you messed up, as you are just repeating what your correcting and didn't even mention the mistake that was bothering you, in the correction sentence, the fact yhat it botherd you so much that you had to come on here and try and correct them, us kinda sad and shows that you have nothing better to do that try put others down for their hard work 🙄 also , did you ever think once that you are wrong, ?? 🤔 many people actually do say could care less, you know people who actually live in England, mainly Yorkshire the place English comes from . Even the Brtannica dictionary people say its actually right to native speakers, so to us crazy Yorkshire people you actually are wrong, because if you actually listen to native speakers, you will hear people saying “I could care less,” and you will know from the context and tone of voice that they mean they are not at all interested or concerned by what is going on . So while the expression with could may not be as logica to you to the point you even complsined about it , it is used alit over here, even more than the correct way!! And if you’re interested in understanding actual usage, like many linguists and learners, you should definitely be aware of both forms before you decide to get on that not so high horse of yours and stop judging how others talk. I'm guessing your American as you would know I could care less it actually used in the uk, you comment on how we talk yet at the same time you lot have spell everything out to understand the most simple things, seriously you can't look at a pair of glasses and know what they are, no you have to call the eye glasses so you know these are the glasses you put on your eyes to help you see, also you don't go riding, no you go horse back riding, just incase you forget which part of the horse you sit on, so you must have the description in the name, and don't get me started on waste paper basket, and sidewalk, seriously, did you have to call it sidewalk so you know you can't walk in the middle of the bloody road and to remind yourself you walk on the side of the road !! Makes me wonder how many people got run over before they figured that out and decidedto name it that lol, yet us brits call them glasses, riding, bin and pavement or path depending on where you come from. See we dont have to describe things when we name them, we have two tyoes of glasses one you drink from and one you wear, and trust me when i say, never once has anyone looked at them and start wondering which one you drink out of or which one helos you see better, because its beyond obvious, it couldnt be any more obvious if it jumped up and down waving a flag saying what they are 🙄 seriously, please dont correct people in the comments or videos, as you don't know these people, you don't know if English is not their first language, you also don't know if they have a disability which effects their writing. Not to mention its rude, belittling, condescending and downright wrong, it also doesn't make upu look big and clever, it makes you look very petty and makes people thing you get great pleasure making others feel bad about themselves while trying to make yourself look better than they are. Trust me when I say that isn't a good look on anyone, especially when they don't gave a clue what they are talking about and you didn't even take the time to research if you were right in the first place, Al it took was a 30 second search adkjnb whoch is used and there it was simpke as that. But instead, you just go in like a bull in a China shop assuming you know everything already, when in reality you didnt even know both are acceptable and used in uk , depending where you go. Oh here is the link to the britannica dictionary so you can see that you are trying to correct something that is probably said more in the uk that it's official saying !! www.britannica.com/dictionary/eb/qa/I-COULDN-T-care-less-or-I-COULD-care-less
