This is why it’s soooo important NOT to put any inheritance into a shared or joint account. In most states that would make it martial properly. Protect yourself

In my state there is no fault divorce, so no compensation. In my divorce the house was my inheritance and it was declared mine in the divorce

Inherited property IS NOT marital property UNLESS the money is intermingled into a joint account, a spouse is added to the title/deed to an inherited piece of property/ vehicle and some other scenarios. ALSO either party can initiate the divorce which SHE DID.

If you cheat you dont get didly shit, not any money, let alone inheritance. It is not up for division as marital thing. Unless he is that dumb that he put it into joint acount. But since it is in the will then probobly not. It takes time to be transfered into his acount and all is regilarly done.
