🙋‍♀️ | My name is Apple, and I moved to New York state a few years ago. I live with my grandmother. When we first came to the United States, we faced some language barriers, and because we weren't very attractive, we didn't have any dates. We were often teased at school because of our appearance.
🌤 | One day, I stumbled upon a channel and became obsessed with its funny storyline. During my summer break, I binge-watched all of their content and had a great time. I'm a big fan of that channel, and I often hit the like button and comment my thoughts and feelings within the community.

Call HR right away. Age may not matter but consent does. Man do not have to put up with unwanted attention either.

9 times out of 10 Hr won't do squat, if anything they'll find a way to fire you as firing a man is far easier than a woman because the woman can go to social media, threaten lawsuits and much more, listen and believe as they say. You are best off going way, way higher than Hr, the EEOC (in the US) comes to mind.

Men: if this kind of situation ever does happen to you at work, this is sexual harassment and you do not have to tolerate it. You can file a charge with the EEOC (in the US) because this behavior is illegal.

Lmao SOOOOOOOO true! I was the BEING popular, as I got along better with guys then girls plus, while it was a more feminine sport, I was an athlete as a figure Skater so I was in the weight room with the football players and we would have leg press contests! Lol we would take turns sitting on the weights for who ever was doing reps.

Regardless of sex, any adult who bangs on about 'age doesn't matter when it comes to love' is predatory, hands down, flat out. There may be age gap relationships that work, but they're rare and they also notably involve people who were *both* adults when they met and are similar people with similar goals and interests, so they're on the same pages despite being in different stages of life, age wise. Never....this kind of shit.

?? I'm glad someone FINALLY reported their creepy coworker but this ends so abruptly? And I don't think she was bad enough at that point to be fired? Especially since he didn't say to leave him alone until the very end and only once She could probably claim wrongful termination

What?? She was sexually harassing him!! Many places of businesses have no tolerance for these things and you can get fired for this behavior. She would have no grounds for wrongful termination if it's against the company's policies that are within the laws. This is especially true if this happens in a place where sexually harassing people is illegal. Not only that, there are many places where people can get fired for any or no reason as long as it's not for things such as discrimination against those who are in protected classes like disability, race, gender, etc.

@@dragonfliesnh4204 yes, but I think she could argue that given she only asked him once, that is not harassment Was just saying they didn't really sell that aspect very well. Up to that point she'd just been nosy and annoying, before finally asking him out... Once. One time doesn't generally mean harassment. They should have written her asking several times, and being persistent if they wanted to sell it that she deserves firing for harassment

@@dragonyami I don't think we watched the same video because she sexually harassed him multiple times. Just because she asked him out once, it doesn't mean she didn't sexually harass him in other ways. She was very persistent and would NOT leave him alone even after he told her to stop.
