It was interesting Jimmy was so worried about his kid being born out of wedlock, but nothing about cheating on his wife. Cheaters really are messed up in the head. Plus, that was smart on the wife holding off the divorce until her child was born, she going to take him to the cleaners; I love it :).

Most parent's who are religious; have a reputation of trust in the community; or have a high position of status/authority don't take kindly to such things that could be considered a scandal that any busy body/gossip will instant 'eat up' and 'go around the town/neighborhood' with their newfound interest in someone's misery because they got nothing better to do with their time @cathyb1273

Honestly a lot of kids are born out of wedlock. My niece was. Parents did get married and a name change was done

Where I live you have 2 possibilities : out of wedlock baby is declared under the father name or it’s mother. And sometimes babies can have both names attached like ie: Kevin Smith-Anderson. In fact each country has its own rules. In France after a divorce kids keep the father's name. Ex wife can change it but most of the time don’t because it is too long and complicated because it involved truckload of paperwork. If she remarried she will take her new husband name but not her kids. I had a neighbour who had 2 kids with 2 different father never got married but each kid had their father name. 3 labels on the letter box 🤣🤣
