Here's a hint: any time a husband/SO declines to come take his wife to the hospital, especially when she is in labor, it ain't about work. It's either about him wanting to control her, or because he has another woman. Any time he wants to move his parents in on her without her consent, it's time to find a good divorce attorney, because this ain't about what's good for her and her children, either.

Lupin should’ve been dragged to court for the alimony and child support! That way him and his parents would’ve been ordered and forced to work and give the entire payment in one sum 😡😤🤦🏻‍♀️

Totally agree! That is the least of his obligation! Although, where I live you cannot withhold visitation of the other parent for non payment of child support! The other parent still has the right to see their child unless there is a good and legal reason to keep them away!

In the US, you can't refuse to let a child's father see the child because he hasn't paid his child support. That's illegal. Just an FYI, you people are always using that as a plot device.

@@lynneboreham I had a little Google on the subject. The info is not exhaustive, but it does appear to me that the two subjects don't get lumped together. But also, it seems difficult to enforce visitation rights.

Honestly, it’s court ordered soooo if he want to see his child and tried going through the court, he’s getting arrested… she can go back through legal processes (which she did at first) and he still can’t see the child cuz he’s not upholding his end of the agreement Now if not court appointed, she can go to court

50 years ago when i had my 1st child husbands were not allowed to be with their wives when they were giving birth, only the midwife and doctor were allowed to be with the wife while she was giving birth

Momma has to live with me and look after me and feed me and even change the nappy I am wearing cos you got baby and not looking after me so momma do it for me you have work and cleaning house and looking after baby cos you pay for momma and dadda and me. Goes off crying and behaving like the spoiled mommas boy he is.

This story was dragged on and on. It could have been done in half the time without missing essential info. But I guess the writers get paid per word and so they pad things out.
