S2 is the only M3 skill I have on her so far (she's currently working on S1M2) but S2 has been incredibly useful pretty much everywhere as of late. It's a super fun ability to use as well; just to keep a troublesome enemy bound until it dies.
IMO, she deserves an M9. S1 unlike Skalter, it actually heals unhealable Operators rather than HP regeneration. S2 is very strong binding, packed with true damage. S3 Insane Heal and survivability. Look at her performance with Surtr. it's actually ridiculous. Considering she is a Free unit, she actually lives up to her title as Lord of Fiend, even if it is just a copy.
Bro Skalter also heal unhealable unit, Skalter even used on CC for NG Birdcage strategy where using birdcage as bait but get healed by Skalter S1 for longer period to stall boss super speed art dmg

My grasp is also lacking but as well as s2 being able to perma stun a single enemy for it's duration as the vid shows off, it's also a damage buff almost comparable to Skalter, not necessarily bad. 110% inspire on skalter s3 vs 100% on civilight, for reference, which adds up to like a 40 attack difference? Not nothing but you're trading out the self damage that's fatal for Skalter if not healed by someone else. Additionally Civ has almost double the duration on that buff skill (35 vs 20) and the same sp cost for a 50% uptime. It'll almost definitely come with a loss of damage dealt (though calculating the exact damage of her dusts seems annoying), and no seaborn flexibility, but still. I think she'll be a decent buff option, and if you wanted to use both at the same time cycling, you could have roughly 4/5ths uptime on one of the two buffs while also having her keep Skalter alive. Is that worth it? Who knows. It is worth noting that if there's more than one enemy in s2's range that stun will quickly become a lot less reliable, and in general that range seems finicky to work around, but still, it's not a bad buff for no drawbacks regardless.
@@NearoCIt’s almost an 100 attack difference, Civlight gives 399, Heidi gives 420.2 + 6% ATK, and Skalter S3 (no abyssals) gives 487.4 ATK. They all have their uses though (poor Sora S2 lol).
@@user-mg4rc1qw6wS1 can see good usage if you don’t have Skalter S2, her regen is strong but it’s all she does. Skalter’s defensive/offensive inspire along with about half the healing and also global flexibility is usually enough to keep your units alive, but she is a limited from 3 years ago…
