@@hoteny Shamare's Doll gives a 50% ATK down and DEF down at Mastery 3 (35% at skill lvl 7) for any target within range for 15 seconds, so enemies do less damage and take more damage basically, thats why she's generally used in Physical damage buff armies like Exusiai for example

During lin skill active? probably because The shield treshold become 600 damage and lin module keep some of her defense stats even if she activate her skill

With her module, the shield threshold on-skill is very, VERY slightly higher than off-skill for physical damage. Just enough that the reefbreaker's attacks can't get through it.

Saileach is overall 1 dp more expensive than Elysium. Saileach has the universal -2 dp on the first op placed after her but Elysium has that for snipers and since Ray is used that difference is annulled. Therefore the only difference in between them is Saileach's one extra dp cost as she is higher rarity
