Look at those assets! Is that Sun Novella? Game is looking really fun! I love how it encourages you to be experimental with the free respecs! The "thrust stance" has a funny attack that looks like you're tickling the enemies if you're interested in that lol. The bosses are tough, they're so nimble and agile, and they just doesn't stop attacking. You're so good at managing your stamina! You'll be a master in no time. 26:49 I love how she just calls them Smiths now, it's so funny. 1:06:30 The personal concert update! Songs already chosen? Nice! it'll be good! I'm looking forward to it! 29:58 Bullguard (Obligatory tutorial boss?) You can tell that she had a lot of fun using the immobilize throughout the stream. 47:40 Guanzhi, (Doesn't look nice). 53:50 Winning round! Now you become the ruffians. 1:01:32 Wandering Wight, AKA The Big Baby. Velma season 2 let's gooo. Shiori is the master of disbelief suspensions. For Shiori's first time playing this game, I'm very impressed that she's doing really really good. She beat that 1 boss that most people were having really really long amount of trouble with and then she proceeded to just walk over sir another bosses that also took people a lot of problems. Granted there were some bosses that were giving her trouble but it wasn't as bad as what I've seen with other people when they were playing this game and they were having difficulty with other bosses. She was definitely gaming and going into super serious mode especially when she was fighting against the Snake dude. Very proud of her although her tensions are probably gonna be the thing that's gonna make this game go by really really fun even if she's gonna play it another time and that's it and to top it all off I really am digging the Chinese voice acting, it makes the game feel really authentic even with some random lip syncing issues. Plus it isn't sounding like something that was from the older dynasty Warriors games with the english voice acting on that front so what's a nice change of Pace to see that someone else is playing through this game with the Chinese dub. With that said the beginning part of the video with Shiori having technology issues will always be the best way to kick start a run lol. Had a lot of fun with your first run and glad that you are having with the game Shiorin the monkey queen!

Wow, I hardly notice 3 hours go by! I had a lot of fun watching. I love seeing new takes on old stories, especially with something as rare as Chinese mythology. You don't see a lot of that in the west! I honestly think you were doing well. You learned things quick and drew up some good plans on how to approach the fights. I daresay you might be even doing better than some of the people giving advice in chat.

Thank you for the stream Shiori!! You were doing pretty well. You made some solid progress throughout the story and were attentively learning the Boss’s patterns and movesets. Good job on beating the hot snake dood and Fuwawa! The graphics for this game is absolutely stunning, but it does make the P.C. sound like a jet engine sometimes. This game is actually easier than Elden Ring, so I don’t think it should be too bad for you. The music, art direction, characters, and lore of this game is fantastic. They even have some pretty cool stuff at the end of each chapter. You’ll see~ I’m happy to see both Cloak and MTRY’s assets got used. I had fun drawing the Yorick Cloud. Technically, it’s the first time I ever created an asset. Currently working on your feather hat / Lingzi! It’s been a lot of fun watching you progress and play through the game. I LOVE YOUR CACKLES and goofy laughs. They do be piercing my ears a bit sometimes. Good job on beating the bosses! Have fun doing steppies and get some little din din! Goodnight Shiori! Black Myth: Wukong is incredible! The art and scenery in the game are amazing that I feel immersed, as if I'm actually standing in the bamboo forest. "The Destined One" movements with the Ruyi Jingu Bang are incredibly smooth, and the afterimage effect left after a perfect dodge is breathtaking! I especially loved the battle on the water with the Whiteclad Noble; the combat scene was stunning! Gamervella is cooking! Can't wait to see more! Thank you, Shiori, for bringing such a fantastic stream! Hope you have a good rest and eat well.

Ty as always for streaming for us, Shiori, and glad you're liking this game I got pretty excited for this game too, bc it brought back so much childhood nostalgia of Wukong stories Speaking of which, the old cartoon of Wukong's story I mentioned is like his origin story, and it's drawn in this really interesting design that (not quite the same) but it reminds me of Chinese shadow puppets. And then the music really feels traditionally Chinese, like music from another age. Btw, I'm not sure what the technical term is, but yea I feel like it's not a coincidence that there are similar sounding words from Chinese and Japanese like yaoguai and youkai for spirits. Another example is keai and kawaii (pretty much same kanji 可愛 and you're all 3 ofc ). シオリとっても可愛いだよ (JP). Shiori 是很可爱 (CN). And good luck with the mini-concert idea~ We already loved your performances in Breaking Dimensions, we believe in you

Thanks for the Wukong stream Shiori. I've stayed relatively unaware of the game outside of a few trailers, so it was nice to finally see what all the hype was about. It was fun to watch you play and take down some of the bosses that I assume are rather challenging, they looked challenging. The transformation mechanic is really cool too, can't wait to see what other transformations there are. This game is very pretty. I've heard many good things about it and purposely avoided any and all spoilers from the game when I heard you were going to play it. Wukong reminds me a bit of Ghost of Tushima, God of War (2018), and of course, it has similarities with the Souls games. It's a nice combo of those three games and blends it well. I can't wait for you to play more of it!

Thank you for the stream as always, Shiori. I wasn't sure what to expect with this game, but it looked like a lot of fun to play! You honestly did really well cleaning house with those bosses too! I always like seeing you strategize for boss fights to figure out their patterns and you definitely got the hang of using every tool at your disposal by the end there.Chaining the immobilize skill with your snakes or the fire dude seems to be a very solid strat and you were shredding the snake boss with it every opportunity you got to use it!The combat in this game looks satisfying as heck to learn and there's a lot of potential combos with the different stances. All in all, you played great today and I'm glad to see you've been enjoying the game as well!Hope you have a good rest of your night and we'll see you for the next stream.

Thank you for the really lovely, really comfy stream! Having seen little gameplay of it besides the graphics, I honestly kind of expected Black Myth: Wukong to be mostly style over substance, at least when it comes to its combat... but it seems I was wrong! I'm genuinely quite a big fan of the complexities I'm seeing with the stances, items, and Spirits you can use. Might give it a try myself, if it ever goes on sale! The graphical fidelity on display is also nothing to scoff at. I think your enjoyment of/engagement in the game really came through in this stream! Tonight was incredibly pleasant. I remember you mentioning a while back that fight scenes aren't exactly your cup of tea, so - as someone who has a deep-seated appreciation for them - I was very much pleasantly surprised when you commented on the prologue fight being "cool" due to the more... elegant, martial arts-y style to it. I wonder if there are any other fight scenes specifically you remember enjoying... Probably something people have said before, but the challenges are genuinely lovely! I utilize reusable tote bags by default, so the first week wasn't really anything out of the ordinary for me... the second one, though, I'll try my best to do! It might not be anything major in the grand scheme of things, but it is the small challenges and small victories that count, isn't it? It's what the bigger picture is made out of. In a similar vein, hearing how diligent you are with your japanese makes us all very proud It's small, but, in my opinion, still impressive! Especially with how busy Vtuber life seems to be.

Thank you for the stream, I didn't expect to like this game at first. I saw a lot of people praising it and its visuals and, usually, it happens that my tastes really differ from the most loud ones on the internet. This was a rare exception as I think this game looks funny and it certainly was entertaining! Altough, to me, Shiori's commentary is still always the best thing a videogame can wish for to improve its vote from me! Shiori was very smart during the fights and the exploration section and It was incredible to see Shiori fighting these powerful bosses, winning with ease even the hardest battle! I really think Shiori is very strong, but also really precious and I genuinely appreciate all your work and content and I'm very grateful for it.

I was really looking forward to seeing you play the monke game, and I'm really happy to hear you're enjoying this game so far! The game seems really fun and complex with all the combos and spirits (or whatever they're called), and I love that it's based on mythology! And also, it looks amazing so far! By now, I should know what to expect, but you still manage to beat every boss with little hardship (some more than others), so I'm really looking forward to the next stream! Games like this can be stressful and nerve-wracking sometimes, so taking breaks can help you beat some bosses, but either way, you're doing great!

Thank you for the stream! This is a really pretty game, lot of details in it. I could see why it's 130GB. Thankfully your PC was able to tank it. And on the audio delay, haven't notice it during live. But if possible, we could do some testing on the next stream if you wish to do so. Even if there was, we're probably just too amazed by the graphics and your performance against each boss. Also on the Chinese language, there's variations of it with the most prominent and common one being Mandarin. The phrases you know like "thank you (xiexie)" and the dub Wukong uses are under Mandarin Chinese. The difference is mainly pronunciation so if you ever watched a Chinese movie and wonder why it sounds different, it's likely another one like Cantonese.

This is my first time seeing any gameplay of it, and I gotta say it's looking pretty good so far. It also reminds me of the Souls games for which I am a huge fan of. I'm also glad to see a week of some solo streams as well. The EnReco stuff was pretty fun, but a break from all that might just be a good thing. 20:15 well that's the reason she's having issues with her game. The Super Resolution is at 100 and she's on Cinematic lol. Even at 1080p with RT off that eats so much resources especially if you're not on an RTX4090. People usually lower that to 58%
