How did they animate the subtle details at 0:20 to 0:26 ? same questions for 0:38 What software or technique did they use? Is it just higher fps animation? (Good lord I can't even comprehend the incredible amount of work it takes.) To me it seems like it's more of a semi-live 2d type thing, because I can't imagine how long it would take to draw organic everything. Like Azusa's hair reminds me of the "puppet" pin tool in after effects from the way it flows, it almost acts as a object.
