Very unlikely. The best advice I can give is to ensure you buy the discounted every month off the sample shop as usual, then wait till you actually need them to buy the non-discounted ones. Each monthly login should give you a few (2-4?) altering boxes, while the SO can also give you a few. Lastly, if you have spare SO emblems (difficult if F2P) lying around, then use those to exchange for the DISCOUNTED altering boxes x5. DO NOT buy the non-discounted ones. Aside from that, it's a matter of time to get the ECBs to max, but prioritizing sure helps.
