buying vocaloid is quite an expensive thing to do, but if you’re really determined you definitely can! there are other programs that do the same thing like synthesizer v and utau and cevio and neutrino neutral singing synthesizer that are cheaper or free! having one of these programs and learning to edit the vocals through trial and error is usually how people start. i wish you the best of luck!
