@@KassasTime In their day helmet choices were pretty limited and they were just fiberglass with thin plastic face shields. Drivers were blinded when stones thrown up into their faces would penetrate the lens. Small eye openings were being cut not for coolness but for protection. Today's helmets and shields are significantly different, the helmet lighter in weight and strong enough to drive a tank over, the shields approaching bulletproof levels.; technology that did not exist when double windows and tiny slot openings were used.

Lá pelos anos 70/80 fiz isso num capacete (naquela época só era obrigado a usar capacete nas rodovias) mas não desmontei nada só coloquei um plástico por dentro e modelei com durepoxi, depois foi todo pintado....
This looks cool at the end, but it's a fantastically bad idea to mess with a motorcycle helmet this way. I really would not want to crash wearing this thing. Not to mention the fact that you severely reduce the field of view when you reduce the size of the view port; making a rider-caused crash far more likely. This is stupidly dangerous; fellow riders, do not do this unless you are looking for a Darwin Award.
